Return Eligibility
Plants may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they arrive damaged or do not match the description provided. Plants must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@ghalmareioshapau.world or through our contact page with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a plant for a different item, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized items, and plants that have been significantly altered from their original condition may not be eligible for return.
